Directors and officer’s insurance policy aims at protecting the directors and officers of an organization against their personal liability for financial losses arising from such acts as but not limited to;

• • Wrongful acts or omissions in their individual capacities as directors including breach of trust .

• Unfair dismissal of employees.

Overview

The Directors and Officers Liability Section indemnifies the Directors and Officers in respect of any “Wrongful Act” committed in their capacity as Directors and Officers of the Company, where the company is not permitted (either legally or by its articles of association) to reimburse them.
